I earned my PhD in Cellular, Molecular, and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Vermont Cancer Center, where my dissertation focused on Miro1-mediated mitochondrial positioning in triple-negative breast cancer.
I am passionate about uncovering the molecular pathways that drive tumor progression.
Outside the lab, I find inspiration in nature and art. I love exploring the outdoors through rock hounding, fossil collecting, hiking, and snorkeling.
As an artist, I enjoy painting coral reef scenes with a mug of coffee and my cats nearby.
These pursuits remind me that curiosity and creatrivity, whether scientific or artistic, are what drives all meaningful discovery.
